95 Civic DX engine stalled while driving- Help

My 95 civic dx, engine stalled while driving and will not restart. The engine will turn over fine. It stalled shortly (as in seconds) after turning on the headlights. It stalled without warning and was running fine up to that point. No, I did not run out of gas. Any ideas?

My DX sort of did the same thing except for the lights killing your engine... My problem turned out to be the fuel pump.

Hey, what motor do you have? Is it manual or automatic? Try checking all your fuses, under the steering wheel as well as fuse box underneath the hood near the battery, make sure none are blown. Check to make sure weather the battery is getting charged by the alternator, and the battery is good...check your fuel filter, it might be clogged it will run but stop shortly and stall out...let me know, might have couple more ideas.
