Does 98 Civic DX have FITV?

I took the TB apart to clean the IACV, but i'm wondering if it has a FITV (Fast Idle Thermo Valve), can't find anything about my year and model having it so I'm guessing no.

The 6th gens do not. In fact, I’m not aware of any OBD2 Honda (1996 or newer) that does. The idle speed is controlled by the ECU via the IACV. Are you having idle issues?

Yes I was having idle issues, I ended up taking the TB off and cleaning it as well as cleaning the IACV. Seems to have fixed my problem. It was all gummed up in there and the valve wasn't spinning at all.
