Help pl smoke in ej8 coupe I have a ej8 d16y8... Smokes at higher rpm especially vtec area def not blue cant smell to tell reall nose is crap lol but im wondering if this is a head problem or rings i think head

Might be leaking oil from Vtec solenoid or other area on to the exhaust.
Check the oil level and coolant level in both the radiator and reservoir
Do you smell oil or coolant?
Is the smoke plume blue, black or white?
Is there smoke coming from the tail pipe?
