OEM sounding cat back

I have a 2000 Civic LX that is my daily commuter vehicle - no mods at all. The exhaust started sounding terrible this morning. I looked and it is very rusty from the cat back.

Does anyone know of a OEM style replacement system? I did a google search but everything seems geared to performance and louder sound. I drive the car about 80 miles a day and want something that I can install that is quite.

I called my local carquest and they can piece a system together for me for $350, but I am thinking I can find something complete for less than that.

Thanks
Ray

Honestly, $350 is pretty cheap for an exhaust system. OEM would cost more, as would any other complete setup you would find online.

I just looked underneath and everything from the cat back to the muffler looks newer. The pipe coming off if he muffler rotted. Looks like I only need the muffler and pipe that connects near the axel.

You might want to shell out the extra bucks for the stainless steel one. Just sayin.'
