Rep Power: 0 98 civic ex heater issue
I was driving the other day, and my wife noticed my engine was smoking. we had only been driving for 20 minutes, and the engine did not overheat at all. When we got home I thought it was the lower radiator hose so I got a new one. When I got it on I started the car up again and let it run as I replaced the lost coolant from the swap. Then noticed that my heater hose had popped at the block. Put a new on and bleed the coolant system. Now I have no heat once the.car is at operating temp. The blower works fine any suggestions, or things I am missing?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: 98 civic ex heater issue
Heater core may be air locked, needs the air burped out of that part of the system.
Make sure the water valve works too.
