The car is a 99 Civic LX with 177K miles.

I recently saw the check engine light come on, and when I ran some tests using OBD2, the code P0132 came on.

I cleared it and also ran a bottle of techron through the fuel system (I hadn't cleaned the injectors in over 10,000 miles.)

1000 miles later, the check engine light has yet to come on again. Should I still be concerned?

My only possible concern would be the engine computer being tricked and causing the engine to run not in the ideal air:fuel ratio. Check the fuel trims somehow and 02 sensor voltages. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it. Just when it comes to pass emissions.
