Tune up kit for my Civic 96 DX, is it?

Is the following a good tune up kit for my Civic DX 1996:
Engine oil filter with new drain plug washer, engine air filter, fuel filter, PCV valve, PCV valve grommet, distributor cap, ignition rotor, NGK wire set and four NGK spark plugs. The spark plugs are NGK V-Power. The cap and rotor are Daiichi or YEC or made in Japan The part number for the spark plugs is ZFR5F-11 or stock number 2262.

Only thing missing is a coil.

It's only a good deal (to me) if all that stuff really needs changed.
Original parts lasted a heck of a long time without problems.

Plugs got changed every 30k as routine maintenance. NGK is right.

I would want OEM for the cap and rotor, and the PCV parts. You can't buy factory wires anymore, NGK is a good substitute.
The rest matters less to me, aftermarket would be ok for me..

Cap and rotor lasted well over 100k for most people.....Also, that car could have had the cap/rotor/wires replaced as part of an emissions warranty extension, so they might not be as old as you would think. Look for a year printed on the plug wires as a clue. If the date is newer than your car, they got replaced (the date does not indicate when they got replaced though, only that it was done at some point.)

Aftermarket caps and rotors don't seem to last near as long as factory.

NGK has always been decent quality on the wires IMO, if the old ones are a problem. If the original wires aren't a problem, I would leave them alone.

If the dist cap comes with a rubber worm (LOL), it's the gasket. It fits in a groove and seals the cap to the dist housing. Replace it for sure to avoid moisture problems.
