Key-less Entry issue. Horn goes off 5 seconds after arming.

Key-less Entry issue. Horn goes off 5 seconds after arming. As the title states, every time I lock the doors with the remote, the horn/lights will start going off after about 5 seconds 
I have checked to make sure that the doors and trunk are all securely shut, still the same issue. For now I just manually lock the doors without arming it.. Anyone know what can cause this oddity?
