Valve cover question

I have a d16y8 and a d15b 3stage... Are the valve covers interchangeable? The y8 motor is no good so I was thinking about switching it cuz its painted

D15 and D16 Heads have spark plugs on opposite sides and are not interchangable.

man.. look if bolts are at the same place and if hole of spark plugs are at the same place to, if yes, i guess yes it will fit bolt on.. i mean its a valve cover not a complete engine head.
