cut wires what are they called?
bought this honda and the front passengers window, speakers or locks or side mirrors dont work then found out this wires were all cut the ones that goes through the fender... imma pull em out but what is the name of them was gonna order them of ebay or sumthin..

No idea what year car you have there....
I just had to fix some jamb wiring in a 98 the other day.......
You have to buy an entire floor wiring harness to get that section on the one I just did.
Unless you can work miracles with wires and solder.
Those wires just tend to break off at the door plug, age and flexing does that to the wires.
Or
Maybe some hack replaced the door, or at least had the door off the car.
There probably was a convenient way to disconnect that end of the harness from the door when they changed it out. Hard to get to, but it should be there.
