Broken motor or manual transmission mount(s) symptoms

When I let off the clutch my car has tendency to rock back and forth, and it's not due to my driving. This happens mostly in early gears, but also notice it to a lesser extent while cruising at a steady pace in higher gears.

I have a 120k miles, recently purchased the car, and do not have many service records. I have a strong feeling the chug/weight shift I am feeling is due to bad transmission or motor mounts.

Are mounts easy to replace in a 6th gen civic?
