Clutch newbie. Help?

I'm doing an engine swap and replacing all the gaskets because i seized my old one. I want to change the clutch plate so I don't have have to some day later on. Which clutch do I get? I'm not wanting to spend too much and I see some exedy ones on ebay for fairly cheap. Should I go with OEM or 1st/2nd stage? And should I buy it from Honda or just another brand? I want one that will last a long time. Thanks.

I think exedy is the manufacture of the OEM clutch. If your not going to mod then do a oem, if you are then read about the different stages to see what kind of power they can handle. A lightweight flywheel might be a nice addition! Just get a good brand like Exedy or Act.
