spark plug gap and coolent leak!

spark plug gap and coolent leak! So I have couple questions. First with mods in my Sig. What should I gap my plugs to? Also I have a coolant leak. It's in back and drips on exhuast. I am not sure where it from. Oil look perfect. So don't.think head. And when car off if open throtl up it leaks out a quick shot onto exhaust! Any help!? It annoying lol. Thanks
