Price is 1200 on craigslist anyway... the mileage is definitely not that bad... I think i'm starting to sense the scam after reading a lil more into it.

Not a scam but read more carefully. This is something dealers often do on Craigslist. It says $1200 down and $90 a week

Here in TX if you miss the payment on Friday then they are there on Saturday for the car or payment and it's all legal. F'ing tote-the-note places! Did you read the fine print "The finance term varies from 1 year to 3 years depending on the vehicle."? So, minimum you're gonna pay $5880.
