numerous engine codes....HELP!!!

driving home tonight my 1998 civic DX engine, & lights started "surging" car runs rough up tp 40-50mph, speedometer jumping all over place., no power in low speeds. following codes show up P051, P1298, P0135, P0141, P0700 & P0740
ANY IDEAS????

Codes relate to the 02 sensor, torque converter clutch, and transmission. The other is Honda specific which relates to the ELD. Sounds like you may have a transmission issue on your hands.
I'd at least clean up your grounds to see if it helps any.
