civic auto trans problem

Hi sry no interductions I have 96 civic I pick for nothing as a my daily drive I love the car its been good until the trans start to engage and disengage when I drive it. Its not slipping it shift though gears good it just disengage and then engage back ive change the trans fluid it band new can yall help me out here. Could it be the TCU or something.
