i need help with my doors power conversion

I have a 2000 civic dx. im trying to do the power locks and windows convertion. so i got the door's harnes's and window regulators from a 2000 civic ex or si (not sure cuz the car was stripped). then i got the door panels, switches, door locks, and the power locks control box of a 97 ex. i do not want to change the dash or floor harness so i followed the diagram below for wiring.
the issue is that i was able to wire all wires from passenger door but theres 3 extra wires on the drivers harness. i think they are from the control box. i do not know whats wrong, my windows work perfectly but my my locks wont work. you could hear the clicking on the control box but it does nothing.
Can someone please help with this? is there another way to make this work with what i have?Click image for larger version

u hear the clicking off the relay right
then theres power coming from it
if that is the fact then check the power wires coming from the relay to the locks solonoid

the fuse box of all civic is the same in that year rather if it an si or ex or lx
all 3 have power locks and windows
dx have empty fuse slots but once you plug in the harness just add the fuse

i checked the wires and they are good. the thing is i did a direct wiring without changing the floor or dash harness. there are 3 extra wires from the lock relay i dont know where they go.
