New to civics, and just picked up a 97 sedan for $1200!! it only has 102,000 miles on it. shes no looker, has a few dings and bumps, and the front bumper hangs down about half an inch on the left side. But the inside is like new and it runs REALY well. pretty excited!! im coming out of a dodge ram so im lookin forward to the gas mileage!!

welcome to civic world, the engine in them is a bit of a glorified lawnmower but they do great on gas, will be a heck of a difference between the ram and the civic lol. If you do decide to go performance look into the mini me swap for the block its basically the vtec head on the block you have now and will net you about an extra 25 hp.

Great car ive got a 99 dx and love it. unfortunately it is like a lawnmower lol but these things can actually move once they get going! best of luck to you with your new car be sure to post some pics
