So I picked up a 99 civic dx coupe, previous owner has done a good bit to it, wired in a msd box with msd coil msd plug wires and aem intake, apexi exhaust, but he put the bloody msd box in the glove box and it buzzes, it changes with rpm and I am going to be relocating it the engine bay to get that noise out of my interior. I also have to rewire the amps because he ran way to small of a gauge of wire for them (he used 10 gauge with ato fuses 30 amps a piece) plus he ran it through the firewall with no grommet which needs to be corrected. I had to rewire the drivers headlight due to some wires being rubbed through and need to replace the engine ground since the factory one is crap and corroded (some lights dimming at idle when warmed up) I do not plan to mod her to much more, just improve on what the previous owner did and do the wiring 100% correctly. The car runs pretty good idle is a little on the rough side but steady at least. I do have to add a remote starter and my keyless entry from my 1996 mazda mx3 that got wrote off a month ago due to a jackass rearending me. So I hope to help add to the forum and be a valued member here.
