97 civic engine swap

What else do i need to change on my 1997 civic LX if i swap my engine with a VTEC. Do i have to change the on board computer and the harness.

The parts you need to perform a swap vary based on the specific exact motor you are swapping into your specific chassis. If all you want is VTEC, just swap in an EX head.
