98 EX fades at first start but then is Ok..
I have a 98 EX civic with 160,000 miles on it. about 2000 miles ago the car when I first fire it up in the morning (or if it sits for more then 2 hours) it starts fine but if I let it idle in place it will eventually fade and almost stall. It then catches and is fine for as long as I wish to drive it. I checked fuel pressure and it seems fine. I maxed out the fuel pressure regulator and no change. It has now plug and wires. It does have a faulty o2 and burned out cat...Any ideas?
