Rev Limit
I bought a 1996 Civic ExCar d16 motorin it from a kid who rebuilt the whole thing has about 600 miles on rebuild okay ive read alot on here most say vtec kicks in bout 5k well mine rev limits a 5500 any suggestions or is this normal thanks a million in advance
