Ok the issue is "weird" but I bet some of you know exactly what it is. Ok simply put my Stick wont shift into gears as well as its ability to move in any gear while the car is on without pressing the clutch down. I have two things in mind but I'd like to see what you guys say.

We need clarification. You mean you can't shift into gear with the car running and clutch pedal fully depressed? If so you are in need of a new clutch as most likely the springs in the disk have let go (the can become weakened by heat cycling).
