i have a 99 civic ex. it has a d16y8 in it. i dont have alot of funds but im working on boosting the horse power of my car. i put a short air intake on in january and im thinking about putting headers on there. everything thing else on the car is stock though. what do i need to know about headers? can i put them on myself? what are the best brands for the money? and how much will they actually improve my car?
