rough idea on power??? random questions?

Hey guys, late last year i bought a 96 ek3 (one old 'careful' lady owner.. whith a few dented panels)

First off, i have the d15z6 engine (114 bhp) now ive fitted an induction kit and will be fitting a ram scoop. I want to fit a racing manifold, and tuned pipe/exhaust with a cat back. (getting left behind by mg zr's (rover 25's ) is annoying)

The problem arises however with the fact its only an auto (an old accident means at the moment i stuggle with a clutch)

so my questions start here
1 how much power will it produce without changing the chip etc?
2 will the auto box take it (69k on the gearbox) ?

next problem, how on earth do i get the cam belt off with the auto? tried locking the flywheel up but still cant get the damn thing off other then going to a honda dealer, does anyone know of a way of removing it, and if i do have to go to the dealer how much would it cost?

also does anyone know a good (read cheap) body shop for resprays etc in lancs (rather go to one someone else has been to and has a good rep)

thanks
james

Why not change it to a 5 speed? The swap isn't hard.

1. You'll get power, but without a proper tune adding that blower is a waste.
2. The tranny and engine should be good to support 200hp and comparable torque without any modifications to the internals. Problem here is you'll never get the full potential out of your engine due to your auto tranny.

Good and cheap are usually hard to come by together . How bad are the dents? A DIY would be the cheapest route if they are not too bad.

Re: rough idea on power??? random questions?

What kind of induction kit did you install? Turbo? Supercharger? How much pressure does it produce i.e. psi? What are you using for engine management or fuel control? What other mods have you done to the car?

Without knowing this no one will have a clue on how much power you're producing. Even so, if you really want to know, take it to a dyno.

What do you mean by a "cam belt"? If you mean timing belt then it doesn't matter that it has an auto gearbox. In order to remove the timing belt you have to remove the crank pulley. There is a pulley holding tool that fits in the big hex slot in the pulley. You can use that or take it to a shop and have then use an air gun to remove the bolt.

The tool looks like this:

To remove the cam gear you use another tool.
