Two weeks ago, I went to start my car, and it threw me the check engine light. I reset it, and then it did it again. At the same time, the car started to stall on me occasionally when I came to a stop sign. I checked the error code p0135 and ordered a new o2 sensor. When I went to replace the sensor, I saw the exhaust manifold/cat converter was cracked right where the 1st o2 sensor threads in. I had a guy in a shop weld it, and then I went and replaced the sensor. All was good, until I was coming to a stop at the end of an off ramp to the highway, and the car stalled again. Arrg!! I thought I had fixed the problem. Any body have a similar experience or know what might be the problem? Thanks for your help.

Did you reset the ECU when you replaced the O2 sensor?

Yes, I did reset ecu. Seems to have stopped stalling for now, but the mystery continues. If anyone has any thoughts, please let me know.

It could be that your IACV is clogged. Try removing it and spraying it clean with brake cleaner if the screen is gunked up.
