I just recently purchased an Injen Intake(75mm), Skunk2 ThrottleBody(68mm), skunk2 intake manifold(70mm), Greddy SUS Headers, and a Magnaflow Catalytic Convertor. and i have been told i just wasted money cause i wont see any hp gains. is this true?? I wa hoping to gain 20hp.

well you will see some gains, but not as much as youre hoping for. also you need a way to tune the a/f ratio to make better use of the mods. your stock ecu will not adjust on its own. you need a fuel controler and some dyno time to get the most hp.

would these parts be more useful on a b18c1. cause that was my plan for early this summer. (cause they can be put on a b series) but i was hoping to get some hp gains in the d series before summer starts. but i guess im gonna have to wait.

Not a waste, but you will not gain 20 puppies. Maybe you can return this stuff and focus on suspension. That's what I would do.

b18 yes, you will see more gains and typically its a better motor to build than a d series.
