i have a 99 civic ex, d16y8....this stupid code has been showin up for the last 8 months. It goes on and goes off every once in a while, but seems to come on mostly when im in 5th doin about 65mph at about 3000rpm... i've talked to a few people about it and the general answer is the EVAP canister. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, let me know what it was....
