2000 Civic DX rear disc swap help?

What do I need for the swap and what cars and years can I get these parts from? Im thinking of going to the junkyard and grabing all the parts.

All 6G's (96-00) are interchangable but keep in mind you have to also swap out the proportioning valve as well (or your rear pads will wear out in less than 20,000 miles). That being said the 94-00 integra rears fit as well.

Be sure to get the e-brake cables with the rear main arm/hub as the drum type is completely different.
