Shift Knob/Shift Boot Fix

I want to know where I can get the stock shift knob for my 99 civic ex ? I have a temporary $14 shift knob on right now. But I want to get the original stock one, or at least a honda factory shift knob. Also my shift boot is just hanging limp right now. I want to reconnect it to the shift knob. Will I be able to reconnect it if I get the honda factory knob ? I'm sure someone has made a post like this but I just spent an hour looking and didn't find anything. I found a posting similar to mine but it was a 7th gen civic and the shift boot and knob setup is different.

I don't think the boot attaches to the ****. It just slides up and downthe shaft of the shifter. You should be able to get a **** from your nearest Honda dealer or my favorite Honda online parts web site.
