Gold Rims and Tint

Gold Rims and Tint
I just thought I'd hear peoples opinions on gold rims and tint.
This is my car (minus the rims and tires as I had a nasty spin out and banged them all up), rocking the steel wheels now:
I thought the dark green with gold rims and tint would look kinda cool, for some reason I just see it in my head that they would match well. I saw this colour of car with bronze rims in one pic and it looked pretty nice.
What do you think?
If I was rich I may opt for a paint job into some kind of dark blue or dark blue-ish grey (I call it midnight blue and I'm not sure if that's actually a colour). And in that case I would consider black rims and tint (currently is dark purple I guess).
Any opinions?
And is this even the right forum for this kinda stuff... I looked around and wasn't too sure heh.
