Automatic to Manual

Hey well I got my motor, going with the B16 swap, anyways, my civic is an automatic which I hate and have always wanted a stick, well now its gonna happen, the motor came with the shift linkage, shifter, but I was wondering what else I needed for the complete conversion. I know I need the pedals, thats a give in, but what else? Anyone know?

Once I get it in I'll post some pics!
