Minimum engine modifications to mount a turbo

Chewing through everything I can find to see what can actually be done to to a D series SOHC VTEC, the most common suggestion is "get a different engine", However, one thing I have found is that both Turbo and supercharger kits are available that would "fit". However, therea a big stumbling block.

The D15Z6 has very little in the way of upgrades for Rods, cams, pistons or anything else, So, my query is this :- Just how bad is fitting a turbo or SC when retaining most of your stock engine innards?

You can keep your stock innards if you stay below 200 HP.
