Air bag delete can be got for PassowrdJDM.com, the center console however may be harder to find

An even better question.....who the hell still has tapes in their car?

That looks like a custom dash, like he used a dremel to put all those switches in and then fiberglassed/painted it to a shine. Easy to do with the proper research.
