Hello everyone,
I have a '97 DX manual. I have a few problems that it need some answers to.

1) My Headlights are fogged up. Is there any easy way to fix this?

2) The exhaust pipe is rusted all the way around the pipe just before it connects to the muffler. Is it easier to put a patch on it or get a new muffler and bolt it onto the rear pipe joint?

I use Meguire's platic polish to clear up fogged headlights.

I've tried patching exhausts and mufflers several times. It only lasts a month or so. It's easy enough to change out the exhaust.
