hey i have a 98 civic Cx hatch with a d16y4 and i am having some problems. the engine has a flat spot at low RPM on deacceleration, the RPM flutters at this point. dose anyone have any ide what this could be? also my idol rpm wanders, its not completly consistant but i think that a seperate problem not as serious as the first.

Vacuum leak
Clogged IACV

I just had a similar nightmare. Ended up trading the entire intake manifold assy, and gaskets. One tip: use only Honda gaskets...
