having idle problems!!!!!!

ok so i have an 98 civic with a b16a2 swap and an 50 trim turbo. but on the way home today my car started to like rev up and down for some reason.......so does anyone have any ideas???? and could it be because my car was low on oil and the turbo was hot or something???? im just shooting for some ideas thanks every1

tps is out of adjustment most likely. its the throttle position sensor on the throttle body and its a pain to fix it.

ok so since i couldnt really look at it last night i waited till this mornin to pull it into our garage.....and as soon as i jacked it up i seen the problem...one of my ic piping had worked itself loose and caused a major vaccum leak. so thank you everybody for the comments and suggestions!!!!
