95 Civic having problems PLEASE help
I have a 95 Civic 4 door LX.
When i accelerate hard, I hear a slight popping sound and it sounds like it is coming from the right side of the engine compartment (not positive on this). The harder i push on the gas, the louder the noise. I watch the tachometer and it looks like the engine will drop about 100-200 rpm when this happens.
The problem is worse with the A/C on. The problem seemed to also be worse with hotter outside air temperatures. What can i do to fix this or what is the likely problem.

almost sounds like intake is backfiring or something. just look around and see if anything looks messed up like kinked hoses, etc.
