How do I increase performance of my car?
Sadly, I've only inserted a bullet and a s flow muffler.
What other simple mods can I do with limited budget.

do u care about the inside???? if not gut it out, take a heat gun and heat and scrape that thick nasty black stuff off the undrside get rid of everything in ur trunk this would make it lighter, get a header, hi flow cat., exhaust,cold air intake, get some light weight rims, "civic hx rims are clean and light" get your throttle body, intake manifold and head ported and polished, msd ignition, better spark plugs and wires, highest octane gas in ur area, take it to a shop and get a obd2 to obd1 conversion and then tune the hell outta it.... other then that.... swap a b16,b18,ls-r,b20-r,h22 or if u got $ do a k20/k24 swap....

What do you mean by "increase performance"? Accelerate faster? Better handling? Increase reliability?

Well here's a mod that doesn't cost money and actually might make money. Sell your auto and buy a manual. Auto tranny cars sell for more than manual. In the end you'd have gained IDK 10-15% more HP and have extra cash for the next mod.
