Has anyone personally does the (mini me) vtec headswap D16y8 head on a D16y7 block? I have a few questions if anyone here has ?

Vtec = honda engine lingo (which stands for Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control)

I dunno ... at 9000 mHz, my vtech head has a nice ring to it ... easier to work on and it's a big upgrade from rotary


really though ... you'd probably be better checkin honda tech ... most of the 7g's people's skills are limited to intakes and coilovers ... (I'm not lucky enough to be familiar with coilovers either)

Are there any like actual test results that show the increase in hp and torque? I've been looking and haven't been able to find anything.
