Parts needed to update 01 LX sedan to look like 05?
My daughter just rear-ended an SUV and since I will be replacing the hood, front bumper, radiator support, both headlights & both fenders, I figured I might as well update the look (I know I'll need an updated rear bumper cover as well). Is this all I need? Yes, I actually did a search first before posting this question.

The only thing you really can't do, unless you're going to rewire them, are the headlights since 2005 has a high and low beam socket and wiring.
Hood and grille would be the only things you can do for the front.
Taillights are round on the 2005 so you could do those as well. That's about it really unless I missed something.

Wait a minute guys. If OP wants to do the 04-05 front end conversion, he's gonna need the fenders, hood, grill/bumper, headlights, and the radiator support.
