Photos on how do I know if those gear / teeth inside my spare tranny is in neutral?

So I have open up the casing/shell of my '04 EL Acura tranny from JY. (All gears looks pristine btw.)





How do I know they are in "neutral" gearing?

Please need opinion on this I have taken a pic right after I have separated the casing.
