Golden Eagle Fuel Rail mounting hardware for 2002 EX D17

I'm currently putting in an Ebay Turbo kit for my 2002 Honda Civic Ex D17 engine and upgrading my fuel management system. With said, I recently just purchased a Golden Eagle fuel rail and the mounting configuration is not lining up. I looked at the specification on Golden Eagle's website prior to purchasing and it stated that it works for all D-series applications. To make a story short, it didn't line up, I called GE to ask them and they said it was their mistake (for posting the wrong information on their website)...

I'm reaching out to see if any one knows of a company that has hardware kit to mount this GE fuel rail or if I'll have to make my own.

Thanks!

what exactly isn't lining up? post pictures
personally I'd just go to the hardware store and find the nuts and bolts to make it work
