05 civic won't stay running

I put a new motor in and it died on a month later threw codes for egr valve and cam sensor I replaced both of those and the crank sensor and also the fuel pump I've cleaned my spark plugs I've defludded it and it will run while I have the gas but it will die if it idols and if I put it in gear please help

First thoughts is the timing belt skipped a tooth or intake air leak.

As you mentioned the engine was just replaced, I would check the timing marks right away.

The car has a MAP sensor so a live data code reader might give you indications, but I find using a pinkie size hose about 3ft long that I hold one end near my ear and the other I move around listening for the tell tale sound.
