2000 Accord motor in my 2001 civic ex

So my roomate's daily took a crap on him and he doesn't feel like fixing it so he's selling it. It's a 2000 accord with a 2.3 and I have my stock 1.7 I'm planning to manual swap my car at some point but I was wondering if it would be worthwhile upgrade wise to build the accord motor, get an accord trans instead of getting an ex trans for my car and just put them together and drop it in. Already know I'll have to do the wiring harness but what other stuff would be involved

I don't think it's worth tbh you kind as well k-swap. you get more power and it's less work than swapping that F-Series
