Hey guys i have had some burnt Bulbs in my Instrament panel for a while and as such have not been able to see my fuel gagge as easy as i want during the night. So i decided to try and change them to blue LEDs but they don't fit.

I was just thinking about why the bulb itself is clear if my gages are all red? If i was to put a blue LED would they not be an off color?

if anyone could help i would be so grateful. Being stupid i already got the wrong ones and all i want is a blue instrament panel or at least replace the ones i have.

...yup blue plus red = purple.

Wow, was thinking 05 would be all LED in the cluster.... who knew ??

Is there a way to possibly change it without being purple? Or would i have to change out the entire instrament panel? Would over lays work?

I would just get some OEM replacements and keep it the same.
