2001 Rear Passenger Armrest Grip

My grip/armrest/handle is broken. At first I wanted to replace the entire panel, but I found the grip itself on eBay. But by the looks of it, the entire panel needs to be removed to remove the grip.

Is this correct?

Thanks

Which grip are you talking about? The one along the side of the car? Do you have a coupe or sedan? Specifics, please!

Its a coupe. I bought it used. There had been an accident that damaged the passenger door and broke the right rear armrest, or grip.

Thanks...
