"forgotten tune-up" help

First, i would like to thank gearbox for his great write-up.

Attempting to clean my pcv valve and was unable to remove the lower part of the airbox....can someone advise please?

im not sure why you need to remove it, i replaced my pcv valve without touching the airbox,

but to answer your question, there is basically a big "hose clamp" that goes around the throttle body, you need to loosen that then just pull up on the air box,

you need an 8mm socket with an extension to get in there
