Window Trim Part Number
Does anyone know what that tape is used for #5,6 in the picture.
Does that go under the rubber piece on the top of the door?

I'm pretty sure that is the black trim strip you can see from outside the car. See how it is cut out to fit around the mirror....
The rubber seals are pinned or tucked in to grooves, there is no sticky, glues, or tape holding them on.

That's a one piece strip....looks like it runs the full length of both doors.

Its actually on the door.
The second picture is above that and on the actual body of the car?

I think you got it. I don't have a car in front of me to compare though.
It's so much easier when you can actually point at something with your finger when describing it. LOL

Most parts people don't know hardly anything about cars. (If you ever find one that does, that's a big plus.)

Most can ONLY search on a computer for whatever name (misspelled, of course) that you called the part, they don't know 10 other possible names for any part..... nor can they figure out what a part is by a description of what it does.
Sometimes it is far more efficient for me to look up what I need, rather than attempt to have someone else try to figure it out through storytelling and interpretive dance.
What knowledge do you hope to gain by talking to a parts guy?
They pictures they have are the exact same pictures you already have.

Interpretive dance? I need to try that then.
They have the same pictures as me, but perhpaps sold that part before and know what I am talking about..perhaps.
