CAI intake problem..missing bracket

I have an 05 ex that i got used and it already had an aem cai kit on it. The problem is that it is only the first half of the pipe(from intake manifold to the rubber coupler where it turns to the front) and it appears that the guy who installed it took off the oem mounting bracket used here: Name: 15_install_mount_upper_pipe.jpg

I have searched the repair manual and several parts catalogs and websites trying to find this piece so I can at least stabilize this piece. Anybody know what a part number is or where I can find it?

if its just the one piece then you don't really need to use the support bracket because its lightweight.

It was hanging down so low the shifter linkage had cut holes into the filter....i think it needs to be attached. Currently I have zip ties pulling it up to the electronics box just above and behind on the firewall to keep it off the shifter linkage.
